Creative Health

In 2023 I produced a Creative Health project called Rest & Digest, designed to improve the wellbeing of socially engaged artists.

In 2024 I completed a MA in Medical and Health Humanities

I regularly host retreats (both weekend and day) to help people realign with what matters to them and reengage with their creativity.

My Creative Facilitation involves producing projects with communities, in and around Norfolk.
