So the world has been turned upside down and our lives as we knew them, are no more.
In order to digest this information and accept our new reality, I had to press pause on my creativity and I was deeply concerned that it may stay that way for a while : [
But slowly from the ashes of the old, after lots of daily walks, running, meditation and a realisation that this was now my new norm, I felt a familiar tingle, the urge to create.
So keeping it simple and not overwhelming myself, I started with a message of positivity, to share in my window to the world.
It's not my greatest creation to date, but that doesn't matter, it's a step, a step towards our new reality and that's all it takes, 1 step!
